What this page covers

This covers the Odin site at odin.tanor.ai, which is run by Tanor. It does not cover an Odin instance you run yourself. Once Odin is deployed on your infrastructure, the data inside it is yours and Tanor has no access to it unless you ask for help and grant it.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your work email, your company, optionally your team size, when you want this running, which areas are hurting, and your message.

The request also carries your IP address and browser user agent, which arrive with any web request. We keep them with the message to stop automated spam.

What we do with it

We read it and reply. That is the whole purpose. The message goes to the Tanor inbox and to the people who handle new conversations.

We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list. There is no newsletter behind this form.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is useful. If it goes nowhere, we delete it. If it becomes a project, it lives in our normal business records.

Getting it removed

Write to contact@tanor.ai and ask. We delete the message and the details that came with it, and confirm when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold.
